# OF TRAVELERS

Use the dropdown menu to select how many travelers will be included on your invoice. The primary traveler is the individual responsible for making payments for all travelers selected.

  • Select “1” if you are paying only for yourself.
  • Select “2” if you are paying for two travelers on the same invoice.
  • Select “3” if you are paying for three travelers on the same invoice.
ROOM MATE SCENARIOS

📌 Roommate Scenarios

  • If two roommates want separate invoices, each person should select “1” traveler when booking. Once both have secured their reservations and paid their deposits, the invoices will be updated to reflect the shared room.
  • If one roommate is paying for both (or all) travelers, select “2” or “3” travelers based on the number of people sharing the reservation.
ROOM TYPE SELECTION
  • ROH (Run of House) is included by default. Select “Run of House (ROH)” to accept any available room type—Garden View, Partial Ocean View, or Ocean View—assigned at check-in.
  • Optional Room Upgrades (if you want a guaranteed room type. Room upgrades are optional and based on availability):
    • Ocean View Guaranteed – Additional $50 per night
    • Suite – Additional $100 per night
  • Be sure to confirm your final room selection before submitting your reservation.

  • Travel protection insurance (highly recommended). For your peace of mind, we strongly suggest securing comprehensive coverage.  This package is non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

Automatic Billing Option Available

You can enroll in our Automatic Billing Plan (monthly payments) and relax knowing your future payments will be processed automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided payment plan for you, and you’ll know in advance the exact date each payment will be charged.

Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking. Future payments will be automatically charged according to the schedule shown on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no additional charge.

Roommate Option:
Roommate option is available for solo travelers who wish to be paired for double or triple occupancy rates. 

When completing your booking reservation, please:

  • Select “Single Occupancy”, and
  • Enter the “Name(s)” of your roommate or “Roommate Match” in the roommate name field(s).

Roommates will be assigned, and your booking total will be converted to double or triple occupancy once everyone has secured their booking reservation.  If your roommate cancels their booking reservation, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room.
